If you are ordering from my shop, I aim to despatch orders within 2 working days. If you are ordering a bespoke item, it should be posted within 2 weeks of agreeing the final design. I send all items using 1st class post.

I do not charge for sending scarves, wraps and hot water bottles. Cushions and lampshades will be charged at actual postage cost which will vary with size and quantity ordered.

If possible, please remove marks with a damp cloth. If necessary, the scarf can be washed gently by hand or on a wool cycle. Full instructions will be sent with each item.
